Born and raised in Tennessee, Chase has always maintained a strong sense of duty and drive to help others. Often going out of his way to be a servant for others.

His background in structured leadership began in high school through the JROTC program and Johnson City’s Junior Police Academy, where he first trained alongside Founder and CEO Kaden Gates. An early milestone that sparked his long-term dedication to legal and civil procedure.

Following high school, Chase launched a rapid-growth career in the banking sector. Starting as a frontline associate, he consistently earned promotions, stepping into a supervisory role within his first year. Over four years across multiple bank divisions, he built deep expertise in financial compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory standards, and operational metrics, while mastering the art of team management and client relations.

In 2024, Chase partnered with Kaden during the firm's foundational days as a process server, helping Gates & Associates expand into a structured regional network.

Bringing his corporate management experience to Gates & Associates in 2024, Chase worked alongside Kaden to launch and expand the firm's coverage area. In his role as Director of Field Operations, Chase directs agent logistics, manages high-volume service execution, and fosters strategic client relationships across Tennessee and neighboring states.
