Kaden Gates, Owner
I’m Kaden Gates, the proprietor of Gates & Associates.
Born and raised in the Volunteer State, I’ve always had a strong sense of duty and a drive to help others navigate the legal system with confidence.
My interest in law goes way back. In high school, I spent three years taking electives in Criminal Justice, Economics, and Government. I graduated from the Junior Police Academy and nearly joined the Police Explorer Program, but — being honest — my grades in math weren’t cutting it.
Still, that early exposure to the legal system stuck with me.
Following high school, I remained committed to advancing my legal knowledge. Most recently, by completing Harvard University’s Contract Law course, a milestone that reinforces the principles I bring to every case.
Since 2018, I’ve been gaining hands-on experience in the legal services field, including process serving, notarization, skip tracing, and other court support. Along the way, I’ve studied emergency communications, legal procedure, and notarial law, always working to deepen my knowledge and build something real.
With a background in customer service, business operations, and fieldwork, I bring both discipline and practicality to every case. I use a combination of proven methods and modern tools to make sure every case is done properly, efficiently, and in full compliance with Tennessee law.
My goal is simple: to be a trusted partner in your legal process, every step of the way.
